1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tjbeat account. If a player is found to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation. Players who wish to reopen a previously closed account must contact customer support.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tjbeat login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. tjbeat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details. In particular:

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not allow any third party to access or use your tjbeat account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

Any activity conducted through your account before tjbeat is notified of a suspected breach will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will remain your responsibility. tjbeat reserves the right to temporarily lock any account while an investigation into suspected unauthorised access is under way.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tjbeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, tjbeat offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which take precedence over these General Terms where there is any conflict. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated on the offer. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

• A player may only claim any single welcome or sign-up bonus once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets and gaming activity on tjbeat are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game or betting market before placing wagers. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Acceptance of bets: tjbeat reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including situations where market integrity may be at risk.

tjbeat does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever possible.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to those funds.

tjbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity; (c) we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; or (d) we determine that continuing to provide services to you would expose tjbeat or its partners to unacceptable risk.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Entire Agreement. Waiver. No failure or delay by tjbeat in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude any further exercise thereof.
